RB Adhikari

Born on 29th January 1980 in Bhusafeda-Dolkha, a remote land with beautiful natural landscape under the shade of Mount Gaurishakar. Rekha Bahadur Adhikari simply RB is recognized as one of the most understanding persona in Tourism Sector of Nepal. Since 1997, I started to work in the mountains as a Sherpa. Having more a decade of finding more rewarding alternatives to traditional vacations, his passion for active travel is stronger than ever.

Continued passion and study habits lead me to the current status- Managing director of Adventure Connexion Pvt. Ltd. I'm fortunate to work with a team of people who share my passion and devote their days to creating the best possible trekking routes, walking and multisport trips around Nepal & Tibet - and who will be working again tomorrow to make them even better. I look forward to seeing you on the trail!

Working a decade in the tourism sector and finding more rewarding alternatives to traditional vacations, my passion for active travel is stronger than ever. I’m fortunate to work as a Chief Executive Officer of Adventure Connexion P. LTD with a team of people who share my passion and devote their days to creating the best possible tours, trekking, multisport trips and expedition around the Himalayas of Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan.

I simply can't imagine a better way to immerse yourself in the life of a region, to explore hidden corners and appreciate nuances while enjoying the benefits and enormous satisfaction of traveling under your own power. These are experiences you cannot have behind the wheel of a car, or on a train or a tour bus, or in a few excursions from a cruise ship or a secluded resort. Active travel is, at its heart, a way of connecting more authentically with the world. But all of our comprehensive planning and support is aimed at something far simpler: bringing you the immediate, highly personal satisfaction of discovering a new world on your own terms. When I think about all the places I still have left to explore, and those I want to revisit and enjoy again, I'm constantly reminded what a gift it is to be able to explore the world actively.
